A lot of the work is for nursing homes, hospitals and strata buildings. These are places full of people, where the job has to be done safely and without fuss, and where the manager needs to know the people on site are properly trained and properly covered.
Everyone on the team is trained properly and holds a working at heights certificate. The business carries $20 million public liability insurance and workers compensation, so everyone is protected, from the owners and residents to the workers. Whether the property is residential, commercial or strata, you can rest at ease.
Gutters on large roofs are cleared, all debris is removed and every downpipe is flushed with water to make sure it flows. Windows and glass balustrades are washed and squeegeed dry, common area paths and driveways are pressure cleaned, and building exteriors are washed. The site is left clean and the property is treated like our own.
Great communication matters as much as the clean itself, and Daryl is clean cut, honest, trustworthy and transparent to deal with, from the first call to the finished job.
