Privacy policy

Premium Window and Gutter Cleaning respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It follows the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you chose and your message. The form also records how you found the website, such as a search engine, an ad or a link from another site, and the pages you landed on.

How we use it

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange any work you book. The information about how you found the site helps us understand which advertising and listings are worth keeping. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How it is sent and stored

Form submissions are delivered by email through a secure email delivery service to our business inbox, and a copy goes to the company that manages this website so it can make sure enquiries are arriving. Emails are kept only as long as they are needed for quoting, booking and record keeping.

Your browser

The site stores a small note in your browser about how you first arrived, for up to 90 days, so it can be included with the form if you send one. It is not used to track you on other websites. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful, for example how many people view a page and whether they arrived from a search, an ad or our Google listing. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and basic browser and device details under Google's own privacy policy. We only look at the totals, we do not use it to identify you, and you can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt out browser add on.

Access and questions

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email daryl@claytonsguttercleaning.com.au or call 0406 909 046. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
